About Alex
I’m 44 years old and have been with my wife for over 25 years. I’ve worked with the biggest banks and tech companies in North America.
I grew up quickly, made nearly every possible mistake along the way, and came dangerously close to losing everything that mattered most to me—my marriage, financial stability, and sense of purpose in life. Through hard work and determination, I got sober, rebuilt my life from the ground up, and uncovered what it truly takes for men like us to create lasting and meaningful change. Since that turning point, I’ve dedicated myself to helping executives and public figures quietly and effectively regain control of their lives—without ever sacrificing their ambition, drive, or sharp edge.
